APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Should you have an urgent medical problem, please call the office as soon as possible. Our staff is available after 8:30 AM on weekdays. If you need a same day appointment, we will try to find a suitable slot for you. Because we have three physicians and a physicians assistant available to evaluate you, we can usually find you an appointment with one of our providers. Note that our physicians assistant is highly qualified to evaluate urgent care conditions and works closely with our physicians to render you the best available treatment.
Please help us make the best use of your time in the office. We request that you bring your current insurance card and a photo ID, as well as a list of all your medications (including non prescription) or the actual medications. It helps us to focus if you write down in advance any issues you will want to discuss and bring them up early in the visit.
  For complete physical examinations, please fill out the questionnaires we provide in advance of your appointment.
You should receive reminder telephone calls both 7 days and 2 days in advance of your appointment from our automated patient reminder system
We try to adhere to our schedule as best possible. Please understand that at times medical emergencies may result in some delays.
If you are unable to keep an appointment we request as much advance notice as possible so we can use that time to help another patient. Please telephone our office.
We regret the necessity to impose a no-show fee for missed appointments without 24 hour advance notice for complete physical examinations ($100.00) and for missed appointments for the Registered Dietitian and Diabetes Educator ($50.00).
  As a courtesy to others, please mute your cell phone when in the reception area, and TURN IT OFF when in the exam rooms.
