PHONE CALLS

Our office staff is available and has been trained to answer many of your questions. If it is necessary for you to speak with the doctor, you can usually expect a return call by the end of office hours that same day.

In general, phone messages are returned at either noon to 1:30 PM for morning messages, or 5-6 PM for afternoon messages.

If you have not had a return phone call by 6 PM, kindly call back the following morning. If the matter is a medical emergency, follow the instructions on the phone message.

In general, we we can offer appointments for urgent matters within the same or next day.

If you want a same day appointment, we suggest you call us as early as possible. The office staff starts taking left messages and answering calls at 8:30 AM
