Dr. Zarlasht Fakiri

Dr. Fakiri practices internal medicine in the San Leandro office of Schultz & Titov and focuses on a wide range of patient issues, with an emphasis on preventative medicine and healthy lifestyle education. She is passionate about outpatient medicine, and strives to provide personalized care to each patient.

Her love of travel and desire for challenges relocated her to Dubai working as a Specialist in Internal Medicine. She focused her career in outpatient medicine where she managed four clinics. The breadth of her experience included traditional cases of medicine as well as anti-aging medicine.

She began her career in the Bay Area as a Hospitalist at San Leandro Hospital, working also at Eden Medical Center, and at Alta Bates Medical Center, acquainting her with the health needs of the local community.

She earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California Davis in 1999, and a D.O. degree in medicine from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005. After completing her internal medicine internship and residency at Alameda County Medical Center, she focused her career location in the Bay Area.

She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine; is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association; the Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of California; and the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Fakiri enjoys multiple outdoor activities, is an avid reader of history and art, enjoys classical music, and enjoys performance auto events.
